Contracts Analyst

Working with employees, business partners and other organisations, a Contracts Analyst protects these group's interests during contractual negotiations. Sometimes a Contracts Analyst will also work with the Court of NSW, other legal bodies or individuals to determine a contract's language and intended meaning.

What does a Contracts Analyst do?

An In-Depth Look

Contract Analysts examine already existing or 'to be finalised' contracts in many industries such as retail, commercial, property, mining or environment.

They are especially important in the stage of 'to be finalised' contracts as they can provide layman interpretations and outline the  risk associated with such terms.

They can also be very useful during  negotiations of contracts and are able to advise clients of the financial risks that they may not be able to take on whether presently or in the future. Essentially, last minute saviours in a bad deal!

Trident Commercial Solutions delivers the following services:

  • Advise and interpret contract requirements, including obligations and risk assessment
  • Develop simple or advanced business planning or other strategies to overcome complex legal issues
  • Outlining promissory estoppel (going back on one's word) mechanisms or clauses to unaware parties
  • Providing commentary on high risk contracts
